Registration Information We highly recommend early registration as tours will fill up fast. Included in your tour agenda, which you will receive two weeks before the tour begins, you will find the starting and ending destinations as well as date and time. Tours will run from Thursday evenings to Sundays depending on the tour. Planned in some of the tours is a Thursday evening get together, with the tour beginning on Friday morning. Tours will be run with a maximum of ten motorcycles and twenty participants (one passenger per motorcycle). All makes and models of motorcycles are welcome. Registration Necessities Please fill in the registration form and send it with your wavier and release form, copies of your motorcycle license and motorcycle insurance card along with your deposit.
A deposit of $300 per person for a three-night tour and $500 per person for all other tours is
required. Deposits can be paid by check, money order, MasterCard or Visa. Please call us with your
credit card information at 715-298-4488. Full payment is due 60 days prior to the tour departure
date. A refund, minus a $100 processing fee will be made up until 30 days prior to departure date, after which no refund will be possible. Included in the Tour All tours include lodging, all meals, ferry, road, and bridge tolls (when applicable). Room rates are for double occupancy with two double, one queen or king size bed. Additional requests will have an additional charge per night. No refunds will be made for any missed meals or lodging. Participants Responsibilities Not included in the tour price are motorcycle rentals, fuel, snacks, insurance, phone charges, other attraction charges, or personal items. Accommodations are non-smoking rooms; please let us know if you would like smoking accommodations. All makes and models of motorcycles are welcome. Riders are encouraged to have at least two years of riding experience and be familiar with group riding.
